Automatic Non-Woven Pouch Packing Machine for Small Granular Products
Different pouch products often require different packaging materials.
Some applications use conventional composite films, while others require filter paper or non-woven fabric. This automatic pouch packing system is designed to support these different material formats while keeping the production process automated.
Material is measured through the volumetric dosing system before entering the forming section. The machine then forms the pouch, fills the required quantity, seals the back seam, cuts the finished sachet and completes counting.
The standard measuring range is 10–40 g / 0.6–33 ml, with production speeds from 30 to 100 bags/min depending on the application.
Pouch length can be configured between approximately 40 and 110 mm, with widths from 30 to 80 mm.
For manufacturers developing a new pouch, the packaging material should be tested together with the intended filling material. Providing actual non-woven fabric, required dimensions and filling weight before purchase makes it easier to determine the most suitable machine configuration and sealing settings
Snus Packing Machine
