A 6-head piston filling machine can increase bottle filling output, but adding more filling heads is not the first decision we make when configuring a filling line.

For a real project, we first look at the product being filled, the required volume, the bottle, how the material behaves during filling, and what happens before and after the filling machine.

Our automatic six-head piston filling machine is designed for liquid and paste products such as sauce, oil, lotion, cream, detergent, shampoo and food paste. The standard filling range listed for this model is 100–1000 mL, with six servo-driven piston filling heads.

But those specifications alone are not enough to decide whether this is the correct machine.

A buyer filling 500 mL shampoo and another buyer filling 500 mL thick sauce may use the same nominal filling volume, while the actual filling conditions can be very different.
