The Automatic Small Pouch Filling and Sealing Machine is a compact packaging solution for manufacturers working with fine granules and powder-like materials.
A rotary volumetric measuring system feeds the required quantity into each pouch, while the packaging section completes bag forming, filling, back sealing, cutting and counting automatically.
The machine supports an approximate dosing range of 10–40 g / 0.6–33 ml and operates at 30–100 bags/min depending on the production setup.
One of the main advantages of the machine is its packaging flexibility. Manufacturers can use filter paper, non-woven fabric or suitable composite film and can configure finished bags within a range of approximately L40–110 mm and W30–80 mm.
This makes the system suitable for companies producing different small sachet formats on the same general platform.
Optional coding equipment can print date, batch or brand-related information, while voltage, language interface, pouch dimensions and filling quantity can be adapted according to customer requirements
