Faith Automatic Liquid Ampoule Form Fill Seal Packaging Machine for Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical Products
The DPP-270 is designed for automatic blister packaging of ampoules, vials, injections, capsules, tablets and other pharmaceutical products. It integrates PVC feeding, heating, forming, product feeding, aluminum foil sealing, batch coding, traction and die cutting into one continuous packaging process.
With PLC touch-screen control, servo traction and photoelectric alignment, the machine provides stable operation and flexible parameter adjustment. Cutting speed reaches 10–40 cuts/min, with a maximum forming area of 250 × 120 × 25 mm and customizable package formats up to 270 × 110 mm.
The DPP-270 flat-plate aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine is suitable for various specifications of capsules, uncoated tablets, sugar-coated tablets, large honey pills, injections, ampoules, etc. in the pharmaceutical industry. It is also an ideal blister-type sealing packaging machine for medical devices such as surgical instruments, medical equipment, and various electronic and small hardware products. This machine automatically performs more than ten functions, including PVC feeding, PVC heating, PVC molding, drug feeding, PTP feeding, PVC-PTP sealing, batch number printing, tear line printing, die-cutting output, and display.
