This Small Sachet Packing Machine is designed to automate the complete packaging process from material dosing to finished bag cutting.

The volumetric dosing structure is suitable for small granular and powder-type materials within a 10–40 g / 0.6–33 ml measuring range. Production speed can reach approximately 30–100 bags per minute.

The packaging section supports finished bag sizes of 40–110 mm in length and 30–80 mm in width, giving manufacturers flexibility when developing standard, narrow or customized pouch formats.

Compatible materials include filter paper, non-woven fabric and suitable composite roll film.

For companies that need traceability information, an optional coding device can be added for production dates, batch numbers or other identification.

Custom filling weight, pouch dimensions, voltage and control-language settings are also available for different production requirements.
