INNOV Automatic Bottle Labeler for Cylindrical Containers
This automatic bottle labeler is designed for customers who want to combine labeling and variable-data coding within the same packaging process. It handles round bottles, cans, jars and similar cylindrical containers and supports wrap-around, partial-wrap and positioning label applications. Depending on the production requirement, optional inkjet printers, TTO coders or laser coders can be integrated to add production dates, batch numbers, expiry information, barcodes or QR codes. The machine can run independently or synchronize with filling, capping, inspection and downstream packaging equipment. Its adjustable labeling structure makes it easier to switch between different bottle diameters and label formats, while PLC touch screen operation reduces manual adjustment during daily production. Fully Automatic Flat Round Bottle Labeling Machine
The machine can apply full-wrap labels, front-and-back labels and positioning labels.
