INNOV Automatic Liquid Filling Packing Machine for Shampoo Detergent Hand Wash Pouches
Designed for small-volume packaging, this machine provides an integrated solution for forming, filling and sealing honey sachets. The measuring range of 3–100 ml makes it suitable for portion-controlled packaging, while adjustable bag dimensions provide more flexibility for different pouch sizes. The machine automatically performs bag making, dosing, filling, sealing, cutting and counting, helping improve production consistency. Touch-screen operation, PLC control and stepper-motor bag-length adjustment make operation straightforward and reliable. Composite film is used as the packaging material, with three-side seal, four-side seal and back-seal options available. Production speed reaches approximately 30–60 bags per minute.
