September brings the deepening hues of autumn.

Stepping away from the hectic pace of work, the INNOV team set aside their daily tasks from September 11 to 13 for an autumn getaway to Changbai Mountain.

Three days may be a short time, but through team interactions, outdoor cycling, rafting, fruit picking, and a visit to the Heavenly Lake, every experience deepened our understanding of what it means to be a "team."

For INNOV, team building has never been merely about a group trip.

We view these opportunities as a way for colleagues—who usually collaborate across different roles—to truly come together and build mutual understanding, trust, and rapport beyond the workplace.

Stepping out of the office to see colleagues in a new light

The team officially kicked off the event upon arriving at Changbai Mountain on September 11.

The afternoon’s opening session and fun orienteering challenge helped everyone quickly get into the spirit of the event.

Without familiar desks or standard work assignments, the team had to regroup, communicate rapidly, and solve problems together through engaging, interactive tasks.

Some took the lead in observation, others in organization, while some stepped up to assist their teammates.

Seemingly simple games reminded us of a fundamental truth: a team is at its most efficient not when everyone does the same thing, but when each person leverages their unique strengths while working in harmony with others.

Afterward, the team visited the Edelweiss Reindeer Park, the Petting Zoo, and the Folk Culture Museum, followed by some free time at the Yunding Market.

This relaxed itinerary fostered more interaction among colleagues outside of work.

A shared meal, a stretch of the journey, or a group photo—these were all simple yet precious moments that strengthened our team bonds.

A 40km ride: the journey together matters more than speed

One of the most challenging activities of the trip was the cycling event on September 12.

Starting from Edelweiss Town, the team embarked on a ride through the "First Village of Changbai Mountain," covering a total distance of approximately 40 kilometers.

For avid cyclists, 40 kilometers might not seem like a long distance.

However, for those with little cycling experience, it was a true test of both physical stamina and willpower.

Everyone started with different energy levels, and paces varied along the route.

Some rode ahead, while others needed to slow their pace. However, we didn't turn this ride into a race.

What truly mattered wasn't who crossed the finish line first, but that the entire team completed the journey together.

We encouraged each other when tired, waited for those who fell behind, and tackled challenges as a group.

This reflects the familiar team spirit at INNOV.

In our work, every project goes through different stages, and everyone shoulders different responsibilities.

What truly drives the team forward isn't just one person running fast, but everyone moving consistently in the same direction.

Relaxing in nature and recharging for the journey ahead.

Beyond cycling, the team enjoyed activities like "Dream Rafting" on Heaven Lake and ginseng picking at the Bear Tribe.

The mountains, forests, and fresh air allowed everyone to step away from the hectic pace of work.

On September 13, the team visited the North Scenic Area of ​​Changbai Mountain.

The breathtaking scenery of Changbai Mountain made the trip truly memorable.

Standing amidst the mountains, issues that usually seemed urgent suddenly felt manageable and put into perspective.

We admired the view of Heaven Lake, documented our journey, and cherished this rare time spent together as a team.

Sometimes, the meaning of a trip isn't about the distance covered, but about stepping out of one's familiar environment to regain the energy to keep moving forward.

At INNOV, we believe that a strong team can face challenges together.

For a company to keep moving forward, it needs products, technology, services, and market capabilities.

Yet, behind all of this, it ultimately comes down to the people.

INNOV has always prioritized communication and collaboration within the team.

We know that many truly important things are never accomplished by a single person working in isolation.

A client project requires coordination between sales, technical, production, and service teams;

A new product requires repeated discussion and optimization across different roles;

A rapid delivery requires the entire team to collaborate efficiently toward a shared goal.

And the foundation of this cooperation is trust built over time.

That is the true value of team building.

It allows us to step away from the workplace, get to know our colleagues in a different way, and bring the team closer together.

Setting out together, and moving toward the next destination together.

Our three-day team-building trip to Changbai Mountain has come to an end. Some will remember the exhaustion and sense of accomplishment after a 40-kilometer ride; others will recall the scenery of Changbai Mountain; and some will cherish the jokes and encouragement shared among teammates along the way.

For INNOV, however, we hope to bring the rapport built during this journey back into our work.

Because a true team is defined by more than just sharing a view.

What matters most is that when new goals arise, we can continue to trust and support one another as we face challenges together.

We step away briefly only to set out again with renewed vigor.

Moving forward, the INNOV team will maintain its passion and drive, growing together through every challenge and advancing side-by-side toward every new objective.
