INNOV Honey Packing Machine for Syrup Jam Viscous Liquid Sachet Filling Packaging
Built for honey and similar flowable liquid or sauce materials, this packaging machine combines filling and sachet forming in one automatic system. The complete process includes bag forming, quantitative filling, sealing, cutting and counting. A touch-screen interface and PLC control system make parameter setting simple, while the stepper motor provides accurate bag-length control. The machine handles 3–100 ml per pouch and operates at approximately 30–60 bags per minute. Bag length can be adjusted from 30–170 mm and bag width from 30–130 mm. Composite film can be used for three-side sealing, four-side sealing or back sealing, making the machine suitable for different retail and sample-size packaging needs.
