INNOV Sachet Liquid Packaging Machine for Milk Yogurt Beverage and Liquid Food Packing
This machine is developed for automatic packaging of honey and other liquid or sauce materials into compact sachets. It integrates multiple packaging steps into one system, including bag making, dosing, filling, sealing, cutting and counting. The touch-screen and PLC control system allow convenient parameter adjustment and stable production, while the stepper motor accurately controls pouch length. Intelligent PID temperature control supports consistent sealing quality during continuous operation. The machine can package 3–100 ml per pouch, with bag sizes adjustable from 30–170 mm in length and 30–130 mm in width. Three-side seal, four-side seal and back-seal formats are supported, and batch-number printing can be added based on customer requirements.
