Intelligent Oral Snuff Packaging Machine
The Automatic Nicotine Pouch Packing Machine provides an integrated solution for manufacturers producing small pouches with granular or powder-like materials.
With a measuring range of 10–40 g / 0.6–33 ml and a production speed of up to 30–100 bags per minute, the machine is suitable for continuous small-sachet production. Bag dimensions can be adjusted within approximately 40–110 mm in length and 30–80 mm in width, allowing manufacturers to develop different pouch formats according to their product and market requirements.
The machine supports filter paper, composite film and non-woven fabric, making it suitable for a variety of pouch structures. The production process integrates bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting.
Optional date or batch coding can also be added. Filling weight, bag dimensions, voltage and interface language can be customized according to the production project.
