When comparing 100g–1kg granule packaging machines, buyers often focus on price and packing speed. However, two machines with similar specifications may perform differently with the same product.
INNOV's 0.1–1kg granule packing machine is listed with a packaging speed of 10–30 bags per minute, bag lengths of 60–280mm and bag widths of 50–200mm. These figures are useful when narrowing down options, but the actual product and bag must also be considered.
Check the filling method first.
Volumetric filling measures a fixed volume of material. It can work well with free-flowing granules that have a relatively consistent bulk density.
A weighing system measures the material by weight. This can be useful when packaging products with different densities or when tighter weight control is required.
The choice should be made according to the intended product, not simply the machine price.
Bag dimensions can limit the application.
For example, 500g of rice occupies less space than 500g of some lightweight snacks. Both may fall within the machine's weighing range, but the same bag size may not work for both products.
Check the bag width, length, film structure and sealing requirements together. If you plan to use several bag widths, ask whether the forming components need to be changed.
Do not calculate output from maximum speed alone.
Longer bags, heavier filling weights and slower-flowing materials can affect the packaging cycle. A reference speed of 30 bags per minute does not mean every product will run at that rate.
Before ordering, prepare the product sample, filling weight, required bag dimensions and packaging film. A test using these conditions will provide more useful information than a general machine demonstration.
If your production line also needs date coding, conveying or weight inspection, these requirements should be discussed during equipment selection.
