INNOV 35–40 min/bags Snus Nicotine Pouch Packaging Machine
The INNOV Nicotine Pouch Packing Machine is an automatic packaging system developed for producing small nonwoven pouches filled with tobacco powder, cellulose powder, herbal blends, flavor powder, and other suitable free-flowing materials.
The machine integrates pouch forming, material filling, sealing, and cutting into a streamlined packaging process. Its PLC touchscreen interface allows operators to manage machine settings conveniently, while the servo-controlled sealing and cutting mechanism helps maintain accurate positioning and consistent pouch quality.
Material-contact components are made from 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance. The machine also features an automatic alarm and shutdown function for film shortages or breakage.
Available in single-lane and multi-lane configurations, the system can be customized according to pouch dimensions, filling requirements, and production needs.
