About Us
The INNOV Automatic Double-Lane Small Sachet Packing Machine is designed for high-efficiency packaging of small-dose products. It integrates bag forming, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting into one automatic process, helping manufacturers improve production efficiency while reducing manual operation.
The machine adopts a double-lane working structure, allowing two sachets to be packed at the same time. Each lane can reach approximately 40–50 bags per minute, making it suitable for continuous production where both output and compact bag size are important.
With a standard filling range of 10–40g, adjustable bag length of 28–40mm, bag width of 10–20mm, and maximum film width of 220mm, the machine is especially suitable for small sachets and lightweight packaging applications.
It can also be customized according to different products, filling weights, bag sizes, packaging films, voltage and operating language. Optional functions such as date coding and batch coding can be added according to production requirements
