Multi Lane Nicotine Pouch Packaging Machine Automatic Snus Powder Filling and Sealing Equipment
Designed for commercial nicotine pouch manufacturing, the INNOV Multi-Lane Packaging Machine offers flexible production configurations for nonwoven snus and oral pouch products.
Multiple lanes allow manufacturers to increase production output while maintaining a compact, integrated packaging process. Depending on the machine configuration and material characteristics, the equipment supports approximately 35–50 pouches per minute per lane.
The machine uses a PLC touchscreen control system for convenient operation and a servo-driven sealing and cutting mechanism for accurate positioning. Automatic film-shortage and film-breakage alarms help operators identify material feeding problems and reduce unnecessary waste.
Optional ultrasonic cutting and heat-sealing solutions are available to accommodate different nonwoven packaging materials.
INNOV also provides customization options for pouch specifications, filling requirements, electrical configurations, and production-line integration.
