A 1–100g automatic sachet packing machine is designed for small packages produced directly from roll film.
The machine does not wait for an operator to provide a finished empty bag. Packaging film moves through the machine, the sachet is formed, product is measured and filled, and the package is then sealed and cut.
The Innov Packaging machine automatically completes bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting. Batch-number printing can also be configured according to the production requirement.
Its measuring range is 1–100g, with supported bag dimensions of 30–180mm in length and 20–75mm in width.
The key question is therefore not only whether the product fits within 100g.
The filling structure must also match the material.
The machine documentation lists four main product forms:
Granules
Powders
Liquids
Sauces
It also lists applications in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetics industries.
That does not mean one standard feeding system should be used for all four.
A free-flowing granule behaves differently from powder.
Liquid behaves differently from sauce.
The packaging machine can use the same basic bag-making and sealing platform, while the feeding or dosing structure is selected according to the actual product.
This is an important point for buyers.
When asking for a machine, saying only:
“I need a 20g sachet.”
is not enough.
A better inquiry is:
“I need a 20g sachet for this granular product.”
or:
“I need a 20g sachet for this sauce.”
The weight is the same.
The filling requirement is not.
The 1–100g range makes this model more relevant to small-dose packaging rather than large finished retail pouches.
The supported bag dimensions are:
Length: 30–180mm
Width: 20–75mm.
This gives the machine a clear application direction:
small product quantity + compact sachet + continuous automatic packaging
The listed packing speed is 80–130 bags/min.
We would still not promise the same production speed for every product.
The actual result can depend on the material, filling condition, package dimensions and production setup.
A machine running a straightforward granular product is not automatically operating under the same conditions as a liquid or sauce application.
The listed speed should be treated as the machine specification range, while the final configuration should be checked against the customer's real product.
This machine is built around roll-film packaging.
The documentation lists packaging material combinations including:
BOPP/Polyethylene
Aluminium/Polyethylene
Paper/Polyethylene
Polyester/Aluminized/Polyethylene.
The film enters the machine and becomes the finished sachet during production.
This is an important distinction because customers sometimes send a finished stand-up pouch and ask whether the same machine can use it.
That is not the packaging method of this model.
Its process is based on:
Roll Film → Bag Forming → Measuring → Filling → Sealing → Cutting
If the customer's packaging format is a finished premade pouch, that should be evaluated as a different type of packaging project.
For this machine, we would prefer to see the actual material before confirming the feeding configuration.
“Granules” is still a broad description.
Two granular materials can have different particle sizes and flow characteristics.
The same is true for powders, liquids and sauces.
The product documentation confirms that these categories can be packaged with the corresponding structure, but it does not mean every material within those categories will behave identically.
A useful sample test should therefore reproduce:
the actual product + target weight + intended bag size + packaging film
rather than testing a convenient substitute.
For a first evaluation, the buyer can provide:
This is normally enough to decide which feeding structure should be evaluated.
A 1–100g automatic sachet packing machine is most suitable when the production requirement is centered on small packages made continuously from roll film.
The machine platform handles the complete sachet process, while the filling system is matched to whether the product is granular, powder, liquid or sauce.
